Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of www.18vgroup.com (the "site"), which is operated by 18V LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("18V," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
The site describes our services and gives prospective clients a way to reach us. Everything on it is general information about 18V. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not advice about your specific situation.
No engagement until we sign
Browsing the site, emailing us or completing the intake form does not make you a client and does not create any obligation on either side. A client relationship begins only when you and 18V sign a written agreement, and that agreement controls if it ever conflicts with these terms.
What you send us
You are responsible for the information and files you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share them. You give us permission to read, store and use your submission to evaluate whether to work together and to prepare for that conversation. We treat intake answers as confidential business information and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas, pitches or proposals that are not part of a signed engagement, we are free to develop similar ideas on our own, and we owe no compensation for them.
Our content
The text, design, logos, video, photography and other material on the site belong to 18V or to the people who licensed them to us, and they are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or build derivative works from its content without our written permission. The names of people and organizations our leadership has represented appear for identification only and remain the property of their owners.
Acceptable use
While using the site, you agree that you will not:
- Submit false information or pretend to be someone else
- Upload malware or anything designed to harm the site or its visitors
- Try to access the site editor, our accounts or any area you are not authorized to use
- Scrape, crawl or copy the site at scale, including to train software or AI models, without our written permission
- Use the site for spam, harassment or anything unlawful

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 18V and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms leads to a claim against 18V, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including attorney fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our choice not to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
